Bitola has its roots from as far as 1952 and is currently the absolute leader in the milk industry within the Republic of Macedonia. The fruit juices of
Bifruit, as an innovative product of Mlekara j.s.c. Bitola, have appeared in December 1997 under the name "bitolski juices". As the years went by, the producing pallet of bitolski juices has been ever expanding. Following that trend, during the period from 2003 to 2006 the "Oti" juices had appeared, and during the period from 2006 to 2009 as an addition to the basic pallet of bitolski juices, the "benefit" juices had emerged.
The rebranding of bitolski juices was made in 2010, with which they got a new modern image and the name "bitolski sokovi" was changed to Bi-juices. The five flavour pallet has been expanded by four new flavours in 2011, and our 100% juices received a new modern packaging. Along with that change, a new QR code has been added to our 100% juices, which can be read with mobile phone cameras, and we can say that they contain interesting information's that are worth reading. The information is changed constantly so popularity of the juices can be even greater. With five flavours on their pallet,

Quality
The constant upgrade of food safety and quality, along with ensuring and improving the environment, is the primary goal and priority of Mlekara j.s.c. Bitola. As conformation for successful Product Safety and Quality Managements, certificate for successful implementation of the ISO 22.000 standard has been received in 2011. Also, in order to increase the collaboration with the consumers, a special phone line has been opened +389 23130500, as well as a
Bifruit Facebook Group in 2010. With that
Bifruit has proven that it is always open to suggestions, commentaries, as well as proposals that can come directly from our consumers. For us, the consumer has always been our primary concern, and it will remain so forever.
